JERSEY BLACK BUTTER
Jersey Black butter (Du Nier Beurre) is a traditional preserve made in huge quantities, usually during the month of November from cider and apples. Together with a good hint of cinnamon, the resulting fudge will give your taste buds a tingle. Very more-ish! Shelf life 8 weeks.
GINGER
With mini chunks of stem ginger and a dose of essential ginger oil. Tickles the palette and warms the tum!! Shelf life 6 weeks.
PEANUT BUTTER
Who would have thought that this could be a match made in heaven? Fudge and Peanut Butter?? Try it for yourself! So different....so moreish! Shelf life 4 weeks.
CHOCOLATE

This is summertime fun! Your favourite tastes of summer packed into a smooth fudge. Jersey strawberries have a short season and so too does this fudge. Available June, July and August only. Don't miss it!!Shelf life 5 weeks.

The best organic raisins are soaked over night in Jamaican Rum to give this fudge a real kick! One to hide from the children!! Shelf life 8 weeks.
BAILEY’S AND CREAM
Rich Jersey cream is used together with a very liberal helping of this popular liqueur! The most popular of my fudges amongst the ladies. Smooth in texture as well as flavour. Keep it all to yourself, girls!! Shelf life 6 weeks.
COFFEE AND WALNUT
For the more discerning palette. Rich coffee flavour with lots of walnut chunks. This fudge has a real crunch! Shelf life 5 weeks.
TRADITIONAL TABLET
Simply milk, butter & sugar. The clean bite says it all. just like a tablet should be - clean, crisp & buttery. Shelf life 8 weeks.
